LvdoyaAPP is the first and only implementing agency of carbon neutrality project in China cooperating with the secretariat of the 《United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change》, 《Kyoto Protocol 》and 《Paris Agreement》. It is cooperating with the Secretariat to select Chinese local governments to establish carbon neutrality demonstration projects, promoting the Chinese public and local governments to complete the estimation, reduction and compensation of greenhouse gas emissions

绿豆芽碳中和是合作《联合国气候变化框架公约》《京都议定书》《巴黎协定》秘书处碳中和项目执行机构,在协同秘书处选取中国地方政府建立碳中和示范，促进中国个体和地方政府对温室气体排放量完成预估、减少和补偿，加强个体和地方政府对气候变化的意识，提供包括自愿性补偿等的创新应对气候变化的解决方案
